To keep your project running smoothly, we recommend leaving an extra 6-9 feet (2-3 meters) when measuring in case you need extra length during the film application process. This avoids unnecessary delays or expenses due to insufficient materials.
Tips
It is recommended to use a viscosity reducer when working with slabs to ensure a smooth process.
The installation process is best done by two people or a small team to improve efficiency and quality.
Avoid overheating the film as this may cause the threads to lift and affect the bonding effect.
During the stretching process, keep the heat below 50 degrees to avoid fading and marks.
When using a scraper, apply a layer of soap and water to the felt to protect the surface and avoid scratches.
Be sure to properly heat treat and cool the film before applying it to the groove to ensure a good fit.
For deep recesses, it is recommended to apply an appropriate amount of adhesion promoter to enhance adhesion.
