FAQ Guide for Ceramic Window Tint Film

Nano Ceramic Tint Car

Wrapmaster’s newest metal ceramic window film is a diffuse reflecting inorganic metal thermal insulation film. This device begins by blocking infrared rays, effectively isolating and cooling the heat source in the sunshine. As a result, it is also known as the “infrared killer.”

Wrapmaster diffuse reflection metal ceramic window film series utilizes high-tech nano-ceramic inorganic tungsten oxide technology to provide primary heat insulation while maintaining high definition and weather resistance. It utilizes a proprietary light-curing composite adhesive layer, as well as stable inorganic tungsten oxide molecules that do not dissolve or oxidize when heated, hence preventing the release of harmful compounds.

The adhesive’s viscosity is increased, resulting in a thinner layer with improved safety performance; the unique UV-PSA primer is simple to apply, does not displace the adhesive, is thinner and more compliant, and maintains a clear line of sight after installation.

Whether you’re driving at night or in inclement weather, you’ll have an excellent vision from the inside of the car, free of fog.

The thermal insulation film’s performance is long-lasting and stable, and there will be no issues with the film yellowing, blackening, or fading; the shelf life is extended, and there is no need to return to the store for sealing and maintenance. It will not interfere with GPS, ETC, or mobile phone reception, allowing for true unhindered travel, and can accomplish the impact of long-term use. No volatile hazardous compounds were discovered in any of the VOC non-toxic tests.

B. High thermal insulation—-breakthrough solar thermal insulation structure

The 760-2500 (nm) solar band, which is the main heat energy in sunlight, is blocked, and more than 95% of the solar heat source is highly isolated, reducing fuel consumption, energy-saving and carbon reduction are more significant.

C. High sun protection—-UV-PSA UV isolation

UV-PSA UV isolation composite adhesive layer, high-efficiency dual-block UVA+UVB, is a high-efficiency sunscreen that does not need to be applied.

D. Durable and stable—Adopt advanced special inorganic tungsten oxide technology

Using advanced special inorganic tungsten oxide technology, the thermal insulation rate will not decline due to long-term sunlight, and the thermal insulation effect is lasting and stable.

E. Energy saving and environmental protection—EU ROHS certification

It has passed the EU ROHS standard test, adopts high-tech metal-free environmental protection materials, will not produce harmful gases to the human body, and the material is damaged and pollution-free.

F. No oxidation—-advanced special inorganic tungsten oxide technology

Using advanced special inorganic tungsten oxide blocking agent, containing inorganic metal, diffuse reflection function, non-oxidizing, not blocking GPS, ETC, and mobile phone signals (but not including the car glass attached to special processing or with any metal coating).

G. No glare—-special optical inorganic film

Developed with advanced optical inorganic thin-film technology, it can intelligently screen light. Ultra-low internal reflection, no visual changes due to different glass arcs, and viewing angles will affect the line of sight.

Every ceramic tint is capable of rejecting the sun’s most heat-generating infrared radiation. The most modern ceramic tint takes that capability to new heights. They include more concentrated nano-ceramic particles, enhancing their infrared blocking qualities.

As a result, recent ceramic inventions are sometimes referred to as infrared tint or IR-blocking film.

When you purchase a higher-quality product, it should have some enhanced features. This is true when it comes to ceramic window tinting vs. purchasing a standard tint.

Superior UV Protection

UV and infrared radiation are damaging, hazardous, and have the potential to inflict permanent damage. The sun emits a spectrum of radiation. The three primary emissions are infrared radiation (or IR), which generates heat, ultraviolet radiation (UVA), which penetrates deeply into tissues and materials, and ultraviolet radiation (or UVB) (which damages surface levels). Up to 99.9 percent of UV radiation may be blocked using a ceramic tint.

Exceptional Heat Resistance

Did you know that NASA’s Space Shuttle contained ceramic tiles around the orbiter’s bottom — which aided in the protection of Astronauts during re-entry? While the sun’s IR radiation is not very intense on Earth, comparable components in this updated window tint aid to keep heat out of the car. Certain higher-quality ceramic tints have additional infrared blocking technology for increased heat resistance.

Minimal Signal Interruption

Typically – with improved window tints of the past, with enhanced chemicals, there are certain disadvantages. The primary source of the problem is a jammed cell or electronic signals, such as Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, or radio. This is often owing to the metallic infusion of materials, which provides depth and strength. This problem is resolved using nano-ceramic technology, resulting in crystal clear phone conversations.

Ceramic IR window film of superior quality incorporates ceramic nanoparticles/molecules that are neither metallic nor conductive. It is designed to reflect the most amount of ultraviolet and infrared heat or radiation while absorbing the maximum amount of light. This provides the best possible visibility and sun protection. It’s similar to a high-end ceramic coating for windows.

Reduced Glare

On bright, sunny days, a darker color helps lessen the intense glare that bothers the eyes.

carbon vs. ceramic car window tint

Previously, automobile owners were forced to pick between carbon and ceramic window tint film. While each technology had its benefits, nano carbon tint and nano ceramic window tint both had drawbacks, requiring automobile owners to make a trade-off regardless of which option they picked. All of that has changed, however, as a result of Rayno Window Film’s ongoing commitment to innovation in the automobile window film sector.

We discovered the ideal recipe for combining the unique properties of carbon and ceramic materials, while simultaneously inventing innovative approaches to address their disadvantages. As a consequence, we developed our Phantom Nano Carbon Ceramic window film, which combines the best of both worlds without requiring drivers to make any compromises. They say two is better than one, and that is certainly true in the case of Rayno Window Film’s Phantom series.

The Phantom series combines the greatest characteristics of nano carbon ceramic window film with the ability to overcome its drawbacks.
To see why the Phantom series is so groundbreaking, consider the following comparison of carbon vs. ceramic auto window tint:

Carbon tint contains carbon particles that are very good at filtering out infrared radiation. This helps maintain a lower interior temperature and does not fade over time as dyed films do. However, the primary drawback of carbon is that the particles are so big that light may bounce within the film, resulting in glare and haze that can make seeing difficult at times.

On the other hand, ceramic window film is constructed of non-conductive ceramic particles that are tiny enough to eliminate glare or haze while still blocking infrared radiation. Ceramic automobile window tint, on the other hand, oxidizes very fast. This indicates that the nano ceramic window film will lighten the film’s original color, resulting in a lighter shade quicker than carbon films.
