For Installers & Wrap Shops

Every roll in a production run is cut from the same master coating. We test each batch for 2,000 hours of accelerated aging before it ships, and we record every batch ID against the substrate lot so we can trace any complaint back to source.

Why this matters for your shop: stretch behaviour, tack level, and air-channel performance stay the same between rolls. You set the heat gun and squeegee technique once, and the second roll behaves like the first. That kills callbacks and wasted material.

Our PET-liner color-change wraps use Henkel solvent-based adhesive with a diamond air-channel pattern. That gives you bubble-free lay-down, repositionable working time, and a strong post-cure bond.

Stretch rate is over 300% on PPF and over 200% on PET vinyl, which is enough for tight curves around bumpers, mirror caps, and door handles without lifting or cracking at the edges.

Not when post-heated correctly. Our PET-liner films are designed for residue-free removal AND long-term edge retention, with operating range from -30°C to +140°C so they don’t shrink in winter or peel in summer.

If a roll ever causes consistent edge lift across multiple jobs, send us the batch ID and we’ll replace the roll. That’s covered by our 30-day replacement policy.

Same-day processing on orders placed before our cut-off, with dispatch within 24 to 48 hours for anything in stock. We keep around 300,000 rolls in monthly inventory so most popular SKUs ship the next business day.

Transit time after dispatch:

  • Express (DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT): 7 to 9 days door-to-door
  • Sea freight (FOB, CNF, DDP): 25 to 45 days depending on port

Use this as a rule of thumb:

  • 6.5 mil for scratch protection and daily commuter cars (starts at $132/roll for TPH, $172 for Covestro TPU)
  • 7.5 mil for the all-rounder most installers default to (Covestro TPU from $194, BASF TPU from $237, Lubrizol TPU from $301)
  • 8.5 to 10 mil for stone-chip-heavy jobs, trucks, and supercars (Covestro from $280, Lubrizol with 10-year guarantee at $409)

In-stock standard SKUs ship in 24 to 48 hours. A 50-roll mixed order with no custom branding usually leaves the warehouse the same week. With OEM packaging and printed backing paper, add 7 to 14 days for artwork approval and production.

All three. FOB Hangzhou or Shanghai for your own forwarder, CNF to your nearest port, or DDP all the way to your warehouse door including customs clearance and duties. Sea freight runs 25 to 45 days depending on the lane. Express is 7 to 9 days for smaller test orders.

30-day replacement from receipt date for any quality or shipping issue. Custom-color and OEM-branded products are excluded from warranty because they cannot be resold to other customers.

On top of that, every SKU carries a product-lifetime guarantee on the substrate, ranging from 3 years on entry-level Covestro TPU PPF up to 10 years on premium Lubrizol TPU.

Yes. We hold ISO 9001 and our films are fully RoHS compliant. Substrates are sourced from Lubrizol (USA), BASF (Germany), and Covestro, all openly disclosed. We have also passed TUV certification on our core TPU PPF lines.

If you need batch test reports or COA documents for customs clearance, your sales rep can pull them for any production batch.

For Car Owners & Enthusiasts

No, as long as the paint is in good condition when the wrap goes on and a professional installer does the job. Our PET-liner films use a repositionable adhesive that stays strong while the wrap is on the car, but releases cleanly without residue when you peel it off.

Cars with chipped, oxidised, or recently repainted (under 90 days) panels are the exception. In those cases the wrap may pull weak paint with it on removal. A good installer will check the surface first.

Outdoor lifespan depends on the product family:

  • PET-liner PVC vinyl wraps (color change): 3 to 5 years outdoor
  • Colorful TPU PPF: 5+ years, with self-healing and anti-yellowing
  • Clear TPU PPF: 5 to 8 years, with the premium 10-year tier holding clarity for the full warranty term

Garaged cars and lighter colors typically last toward the upper end of those ranges.

Vinyl wrap is mainly cosmetic. It changes the color or finish of the car (matte black, chameleon, chrome, satin metallic) but offers only light protection.

PPF (Paint Protection Film) is a thicker, self-healing protective layer. Clear PPF protects your existing paint without changing how the car looks. Colorful TPU PPF does both: changes the color AND provides full PPF-level stone-chip protection in a single film.

Yes. Every WRAPMASTER film is rated for residue-free removal within its lifespan window. Use a heat gun at about 60 to 80°C, peel slowly at a 45° angle, and clean any leftover adhesive with isopropyl alcohol. Beyond the rated lifespan the film can get brittle, which makes removal slower but still doable.

Quick sizing guide using our standard 1.52 m roll width:

  • Motorcycle: 1.52 m × 3 m
  • Compact car: 1.52 m × 10 to 13 m
  • Sedan: 1.52 m × 18 m
  • Small SUV: 1.52 m × 20 m
  • Large SUV or truck: 1.52 m × 23 to 25 m

Always order at least 1 extra meter for trim mistakes and intricate panels. Standard rolls ship as 1.52 m × 15 m, so a full sedan wrap is two rolls with material left over.
